David Mulugheta is one of the most influential figures in professional football. As a Partner and President of Team Sports at Athletes First, he represents the most elite athletes in the NFL, and is the only agent in league history to negotiate more than one billion dollars in contracts in a single calendar year. In 2026,

Chondra Mulugheta is the co-founder and driving force behind the foundation's daily mission. As a mother, advocate, and community leader, she brings a deep, personal commitment to every family the foundation serves. Her vision shapes the partnerships, programs, and culture of The Fair Catch Foundation, ensuring support reaches families where it matters most.

David and Chondra both started from humble beginnings. They know firsthand how a single opportunity — or the lack of one — can change the trajectory of a child's life.
