David and Chondra Mulugheta founded The Fair Catch Foundation to expand opportunity for the next generation. Through signature events and committed partners, we channel resources as grants to the nonprofit organizations lifting up underserved and deserving youth in communities across the country.

David & Chondra Mulugheta.
David Mulugheta is one of the most influential figures in professional sports. As a Partner and President of Team Sports at Athletes First, he represents the most elite athletes in the NFL, and is the only agent in league history to negotiate more than one billion dollars in contracts in a single calendar year.
David is currently recognized as Forbes' Most Powerful NFL Sports Agent, and was most recently named to TIME's 100 Most Influential People in Sports.
Chondra Mulugheta is the co-founder and driving force behind the foundation's daily mission. As a mother, advocate, and community leader, she brings a deep, personal commitment to every family the foundation serves. Her vision shapes the partnerships, programs, and culture of The Fair Catch Foundation, ensuring support reaches families where it matters most.
David and Chondra both started from humble beginnings. They know firsthand how a single opportunity — or the lack of one — can change the trajectory of a child's life. That shared experience is the foundation of their work: a commitment to stand with families navigating adversity, and to invest in the underserved communities where the next generation is being raised.
